	Ruth’s Chris Steak House The brand new Ruth's Chris Steak House offers a variety of seating options. Ask our hostess for a private seating in one of our private dining rooms, featuring beautiful local paintings of Elisa Lejuez. 	La Vista Restaurant Over-sized windows provide the illusion of bringing the outdoors in, allowing the sand and sun to warm the dining room and create a welcoming backdrop. An open-air terrace provides outdoor seating with an ocean view, while inside the spacious oceanfront restaurant offers cozy booths as well as large tables, perfect for family style meals. 	Ketsu Sushi Bar Rare delicacies indeed, sashimi and sushi offer extraordinary flavor combinations to captivate even the most sophisticated palate. Freshly rolled: enjoy local seafood, vegetable, wasabi and pickled ginger prepared by our expert sushi chefs. We also offer an assortment of Japanese beverages – plum wine, sake, beers and more. Ketsu sushi bar is open every day from 4.30pm -10.30 pm for dinner only and is located in the resort’s lobby next to the Lobby Café.
	Lobby Café The Lobby Café offers daily delights of pastries, freshly brewed coffee, sandwiches, ice cream and more. Open 24-hours to satisfy cravings at any time of day or night.
	Simply Fish Located on the white sands of the famous Palm Beach, Simply Fish is the most romantic spot on the island for a sunset dinner with your toes in the sand. 	Champions Sports Bar & Restaurant Whether you’re a hall of fame fan or a rookie, you’ll always feel like you’re part of the team at Champions. There’s always a big game going on on any of the major sports channels. Enjoy a great selection of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and Champions’ famous Black Jack Burger.
